I. Job Description
1、 Coordinate to prepare property (service) standards and administrative regulations, to provide necessary quality information and technical data for decision-making of the department;
2、Supervise, guide, check and assess property (service) quality in an all-round manner;
3、 Promote comprehensive quality management by supervising and managing assessment system and quality management system, organize and implement correction and prevention measures, establish sound property (service) standards, and improve property (service) management levels;
4、 Extensively collect and sort information and materials of management and services of the industry at home and abroad, and submit appropriate content to leaders precisely and timely.
1、Undergraduate education or above, without requirements on majors;
2、Above a decade’s relevant work experience and above five years’ property quality management work experience;
3、Have in-depth understanding on property quality management, and candidates with hotel quality management work experiences preferred;
4、Be skillful for MS Office, with exceptional communication and coordination abilities.
